Fear can transform the world around us, making even unfamiliar sounds and shadows feel threatening. In Jessica’s story, a night deep in the forest teaches her how something as simple as breathing can change the way we experience fear.
Accustomed to the safety of city life, Jessica joins her friends for a camping trip in Colorado’s Black Forest. After hearing a local ghost story, she finds herself alone by the campfire and encounters a mysterious blue-winged butterfly beneath the full moon. Instead of allowing fear to take over, Jessica closes her eyes, slows her breathing, and begins to see the moment differently.
This is a story about fear, breathing, nature, mindfulness, and perception. As an audio experience, it becomes a gentle reflection on calming the mind, relaxation, inner peace, overcoming fear, and using mindful breathing to feel safe in uncertain moments.
