Sometimes the places we return to again and again become part of our lives, carrying memories of both the people we have loved and the connections still waiting to be discovered. In Diana’s story, the beach at Cullercoats becomes the symbol of love, letting go, hope, and unexpected new beginnings.
After discovering baby Adam alone in a boat, Diana raises him as her own until his questions about his origins lead him to begin a journey of self-discovery. Although letting him go leaves her lonely again, Diana continues her familiar life by the sea. When a shipwreck brings an injured painter named Martin to the same shore, caring for him creates an unexpected connection that gradually gives Diana another reason to open her heart.
This is a story about love, motherhood, letting go, hope, belonging, and new beginnings. As an audio experience, it becomes a gentle reflection on loving without possession, accepting change, opening ourselves to unexpected connections, finding hope after loneliness, and trusting that life can bring something new to the places where we once experienced loss.
