Falling back on my meditation practice like a trusted old friend has helped me cope with the ups and downs of life's twists and turns. It has been a habit for me to either appreciate or create art, and it serves as an outlet for exploring my emotions and the inner workings of my mind.


Meditation and the creative arts may help us cultivate a mental space that is both stable and always connected to our actual selves, so we don't have to swing between highs and lows constantly. The mind is more durable, and there are fewer dramatic fluctuations, which leads to a more harmonious relationship with our physical environment and general well-being.
